Most dog owners learn training from scattered videos, forums and well-meaning advice — much of it still built on punishment. They don't know where to start, how long a session should be or why a method isn't working, and health records end up spread across notes apps and vet receipts. People wanted a calm, trustworthy guide that fits into a busy day, without shouting, choke chains or guilt.
We built Uslu as a personal trainer that starts with the dog, not the content. A short onboarding asks about age, breed, home and the problems that matter, then builds a 12-level roadmap with courses chosen for that dog. Every day the Today screen serves a few short, reward-based tasks; the training screen guides each step, logs every attempt with a tap and offers a hands-free mode that listens for “Evet!” while both hands are busy with treats.
Around the lessons, a Health space tracks potty, food, walks, weight and care reminders and turns them into a monthly PDF for the vet, while an on-device assistant answers questions grounded in Uslu's own lessons. Visually, Fıstık — a single-line mascot — and a warm yellow palette keep the experience friendly, and every screen adapts from iPhone to iPad and Apple's new iPhone Duo.
Uslu launches on the App Store in November 2026 with 490+ lessons, 12 training levels and a personal plan for every dog. Built-in funnel analytics and a remotely configurable paywall let the team learn from day one and keep improving the product after launch.
