We built shantiye as a single operating layer for the entire construction business not another CRM bolted onto a legacy workflow. Sales reps talk to customers, log conversations, and move deals forward from one app. Customers get a private, branded space to browse portfolios, explore home details, and receive tailored price offers. Owners watch it all happen in real time, with analytics that show exactly where each deal stands and where it's stuck.
Every feature was designed around one question: what does the owner need to see, right now, to make the right call? From pipeline health to rep performance to bottleneck detection, shantiye turns fragmented daily activity into a clear, live picture of the business.

Within its first rollout, shantiye moved entire sales operations out of spreadsheets and chat apps.
